Great Carbon Clean results from Australia

Here, in Carbon Clean Ltd, we are so proud of the success of our clients in the world.

One of our  Carbon Clean Distributors in Australia is getting fantastic results after doing the Carbon Clean Service.

As he said on his Facebook account:

“2013 Isuzu Dmax 3.0 diesel in for a tune and hydrogen carbon clean making an impressive 619 NM and 145HP that’s a massive 30% gain in torque between 1200rpm and 2500rpm great for towing and off road use !”

“Another Nissan Pathfinder 2.5 diesel on the dyno suffering from poor fuel economy our customer was only achieving only 500kms from 80ltrs of fuel looking at the AFR’s in red you can see how rich they are caused by carbon build up in the valves after 1 hour of cleaning with our hydrogen machine we achieved a near factory level AFR reading in Blue which will significantly improve fuel economy and lower emissions !”

New Approved Carbon Clean Centre on the Carbon Clean network – Stanton

New Approved Carbon Clean Centre on the Carbon Clean network – Stanton

Carbon Clean, a renowned company helping workshops and engineers to tackle the common carbon build-up problem in vehicles, have recently brought on new and approved Carbon Clean Centre in Stanton.

Needham Analysis Ltd joined as a Carbon Clean Centre in Stanton on 9th August.

This Carbon Clean Centre will deliver 30 minute treatments to eradicate accumulated carbon deposits, prolonging engine life. As a consequence, carbon build-up leads to a large inefficiency in engines resulting in loss of power, torque, MPG, throttle response as well as more noise and vibration.

As a clean and efficient alternative to introducing harsh chemicals or expensive additives, Carbon Clean’s technology uses electrolysis to produce a highly charged Oxy-hydrogen (HHO) gas mixture. This is delivered into the engine through the air filter to clean the internal surfaces by enabling both improved combustion and through the catalytic benefits of hydrogen in breaking down the deposits.

With this revolutionary technology delivering a professional workshop solution, both centres now have the arsenal to help customers get the old engine ‘purr’ back – at a 100% success rate.

Needham Analysis, run by Suffolk based entrepreneur Roy Baker offer performance remapping and tuning within an assortment of businesses. On top of electronic adjustment of engine parameters, Roy can now offer customers a physical clean as well to ensure a full engine performance upgrade.

“We’re delighted to welcome Carbon Clean Centre Stanton,” said Chris Phipps, National Sales Manager. “Roy quickly recognised the benefits of starting with a clean engine before offering performance upgrades. He’d looked at a range of units but was impressed with the speed, power and simplicity of our CC-16 machine.”

Why Carbon Clean?

By removing the carbon deposits that build-up over time in a combustion engine the HHO process carried out by our CC16 machine improves your its compression, efficiency, oil consumption levels, fuel consumption levels and cuts its harmful emissions too. Your engine will thank you and so will your wallet – after all, a carbon deposit-free engine is a healthy engine, and a healthy engine is a reliable one.

New Approved Carbon Clean Centre opens in Fleetwood

New Approved Carbon Clean Centre on the Carbon Clean network – Fleetwood

Carbon Clean, a renowned company helping workshops and engineers to tackle the common carbon build-up problem in vehicles, have recently brought on new and approved Carbon Clean Centre in Fleetwood.

Bosch Car Service member James Jackson’s Central Garage Ltd has become Carbon Clean Centre Fleetwood on 31st July. Managing Director James Jackson had been vastly impressed with the results following treatment of a company van. This fascinated him to successfully become Carbon Clean Centre Fleetwood fully utilising Carbon Clean’s technology and services providing flexibility for any workshop, regardless of size. “Again, the demonstration really helped show the Carbon Clean difference,” said Chris. “We treated an Audi V6 diesel that belonged to their senior mechanic. “He couldn’t believe the difference after a quick test drive – the ‘diesel clatter’ had gone and he also said a flat spot that he’d just put down to turbo lag had disappeared too.”

Carbon Clean to Show Power of Electrolysis at Automechanika

Carbon Clean, the engine decarbonising system that works on tap water, will be showing off their amazing electrolysis-based cleaning technology to the automotive supply chain when Automechanika UK arrives at the NEC on 6th to 8th June.

Carbon deposits in engines are a growing problem. Un-burnt residues can cause loss of power, increased fuel consumption and more wear to engine components, leading to potentially expensive repair bills.

The technology that sets the CC-16 machine completely apart is its use of electrolysis to break water down into oxygen and hydrogen molecules. These are then blown into the engine as an oxyhydrogen (HHO) gas mixture to accelerate combustion and clear residues.

“Automechanika is a great opportunity to showcase Carbon Clean to the whole of the UK aftermarket,” said Chris Phipps, National Sales Manager for Carbon Clean. “We introduced the concept at Automechanika Frankfurt late last year and there was tremendous interest.”

Since then, Carbon Clean have launched a new and improved CC-16 engine cleaning machine and more fully developed the commercial concept.

Now Carbon Clean aims to grow a UK network of garages – called Carbon Clean Centres – to deliver quick, clean and effective treatments to their customers’ cars. The Centres will all benefit from marketing support, equipment operator training and technical support. Mobile operators can also join as Carbon Clean Engineers.

“There are opportunities for distributors and resellers too,” added Chris. “We’re looking for local and regional partners that can help us develop and support the Centre network within their own catchment areas.”

Automechanika Birmingham returns after a successful 2016 UK debut. Organisers promise the show will be 70% bigger with over 800 exhibitors, 250 of which – including Carbon Clean – will be new to the event.

It’s the start of busy May period for the growing brand. Carbon Clean will also exhibit internationally at Autopromotec in Bologna from 24th to 28thMay.

Carbon Clean Out to Amaze at Mechanex Manchester

Carbon Clean, the engine cleaning system that works on tap water, will be outlining the Carbon Clean Centre opportunity to garages and mobile engineers visiting Mechanex Manchester at Event City on 16th and 17th May.

Carbon deposits in engines are a growing problem. Un-burnt residues cause a host of headaches for drivers such as loss of power, increased fuel consumption and more wear to engine components.

In response, Carbon Clean aims to grow a UK network of garages – called Carbon Clean Centres – to deliver quick, clean and effective treatments to their customers’ cars. The Centres will all benefit from marketing support, equipment operator training and technical support. Mobile operators can also join as Carbon Clean Engineers.

The technology that sets the CC-16 machine apart is its use of electrolysis to break tap water down into oxygen and hydrogen molecules which are blown into the engine as an oxyhydrogen (HHO) gas mixture.

The cleaning potential of oxyhydrogen is well established. The CC-16 machine delivers this proven technology in a small, reliable and affordable workshop unit. Oxyhydrogen acts inside the engine to both improve combustion and break down residues.

“The treatment takes 30 minutes,” said Chris Phipps, National Sales Manager for Carbon Clean. “The Mechanex show is just a great opportunity to show the quality of the machine and answer questions on the support programme we’ve placed behind it.”

The typical reaction according to Chris is often “initially disbelief and then amazement” that engines can be effectively be cleaned with tap water.

“Obviously there’s some technology to transform the water before anything gets cleaned!” he’s quick to add.

Mechanex promise a free programme of seminars on technical developments, legislation and workshop problems that will be more extensive than ever for 2017.

Doors open to visitors from 10am. Garages are advised to beat the queues by registering now for free entry at http://mechanex.info/. To find out more about Carbon Clean visit https://carboncleanaustralia.com/.
